自2026年1月1日起，REGO-FIX AG 长期担任首席执行官的 Richard Weber 将把公司的运营管理职责正式交接给 Pascal Forrer。
As of January 1, 2026, Richard Weber, long-standing CEO of REGO-FIX AG, will handover operational leadership to Pascal Forrer.

经充分评估后,董事会一致决定任命 Pascal Forrer 为新任首席执行官。Pascal Forrer 自2018年加入REGO-FIX以来，持续推动集团在市场与销售领域的国际化发展。他在机加工行业拥有超过20年的丰富经验，并以鲜明的市场导向，为 REGO-FIX 集团的可持续全球发展作出了重要贡献。此次任命是公司长期继任规划的重要成果，体现了 REGO-FIX 对连续性与可持续领导力的坚定承诺。
Following a careful evaluation process, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed.Pascal Forrer as the new CEO. Pascal Forrer has been with REGO-FIX since 2018, where he has been responsible for strengthening the company’s international focus in marketing andsales. With more than 20 years of experience in the machining industry and a strong market-driven approach, he has made a significant contribution to the sustainable globalgrowth of the REGO-FIX Group. His appointment as CEO is the result of a long-term succession plan and underlines REGO-FIX’s commitment to continuity and sustainableleadership.

自2026年起, Richard Weber 将出任 REGO-FIX 集团董事会主席,专注于公司的整体战略方向。他将与同为董事会成员的兄弟 Andreas Weber 及 Stefan Weber 一同，继续肩负起这家家族企业的长期责任与治理使命。
As of 2026,Richard Weber will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors,focusing on the strategic direction of the REGO-FIX Group. Together with his brothers Andreasand Stefan Weber, both members of the Board of Directors, he will continue to take responsibility for the family-owned company.
